1. Aceptación de los Términos

Al acceder o utilizar la plataforma Rezvio (en adelante, "el Servicio"), proporcionada por Global Networking Services LLC (en adelante, "la Empresa"), usted acepta quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Servicio. Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de estos términos, no podrá acceder al Servicio.

2. Descripción del Servicio

Rezvio es una plataforma SaaS (Software as a Service) de gestión de reservas diseñada para restaurantes y negocios de hostelería. El Servicio permite a los usuarios gestionar reservas, personal, zonas, comunicaciones por email y otros aspectos operativos de sus establecimientos.

3. Cuentas de Usuario

Para utilizar el Servicio, debe crear una cuenta proporcionando información precisa y completa. Usted es responsable de:

• Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.
• Todas las actividades que ocurran bajo su cuenta.
• Notificar inmediatamente cualquier uso no autorizado de su cuenta.

Existen tres tipos de cuentas: Propietario (Owner), Personal (Staff) y Superadministrador. Cada tipo tiene permisos y responsabilidades diferentes dentro del Servicio.

4. Planes y Suscripciones

El Servicio se ofrece a través de diferentes planes de suscripción (Starter, Professional y Enterprise) con distintos niveles de funcionalidad y límites. Los detalles específicos de cada plan están disponibles en nuestra página de precios.

• Las suscripciones se facturan de forma recurrente (mensual o anual) según el plan seleccionado.
• Los nuevos usuarios pueden acceder a un período de prueba gratuito de 14 días.
• La Empresa se reserva el derecho de modificar los precios con un preaviso de 30 días.

5. Pagos y Facturación

Los pagos son procesados a través de Paddle, nuestro Merchant of Record. Al realizar un pago, usted también acepta los términos de servicio de Paddle. Paddle gestiona la facturación, los impuestos aplicables y el procesamiento de pagos en nuestro nombre.

• Los pagos se realizan por adelantado al inicio de cada período de facturación.
• Las facturas se generan automáticamente y están disponibles en su panel de control.
• En caso de impago, el acceso al Servicio podrá ser restringido tras un período de gracia.

6. Cancelación

Puede cancelar su suscripción en cualquier momento desde su panel de control o contactando con nuestro equipo de soporte. Al cancelar:

• Mantendrá acceso al Servicio hasta el final del período de facturación actual.
• No se realizarán cargos adicionales tras la cancelación.
• Sus datos se conservarán durante 30 días después de la expiración, tras lo cual podrán ser eliminados.

7. Uso Aceptable

Al utilizar el Servicio, usted se compromete a:

• No utilizar el Servicio para fines ilegales o no autorizados.
• No intentar acceder a cuentas o datos de otros usuarios.
• No interferir con el funcionamiento del Servicio ni intentar vulnerar su seguridad.
• No enviar correos electrónicos no solicitados (spam) a través del sistema de emails del Servicio.
• No revender o redistribuir el acceso al Servicio sin autorización.

8. Propiedad Intelectual

El Servicio, incluyendo su código, diseño, logotipos y contenido, es propiedad de Global Networking Services LLC. Los datos que usted introduce en el Servicio (reservas, información de clientes, etc.) siguen siendo de su propiedad.

9. Protección de Datos

El tratamiento de datos personales se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad. Usted es responsable de cumplir con la legislación de protección de datos aplicable (incluyendo el RGPD) en lo que respecta a los datos de sus clientes que gestione a través del Servicio.

10. Disponibilidad del Servicio

Nos esforzamos por mantener el Servicio disponible de forma continua, pero no garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido. Podremos realizar tareas de mantenimiento que requieran interrupciones temporales, notificándolas con antelación cuando sea posible.

11. Limitación de Responsabilidad

El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". En la máxima medida permitida por la ley:

• No seremos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuenciales derivados del uso del Servicio.
• Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá el importe pagado por usted durante los 12 meses anteriores al evento que dio origen a la reclamación.
• No somos responsables de las pérdidas derivadas de la falta de disponibilidad temporal del Servicio.

12. Modificaciones

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos de Servicio en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor a los 30 días de su publicación. El uso continuado del Servicio tras dicho período constituye la aceptación de los términos modificados.

13. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa será sometida a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes del condado de Miami-Dade, Florida.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rezvio platform (hereinafter, "the Service"), provided by Global Networking Services LLC (hereinafter, "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rezvio is a SaaS (Software as a Service) reservation management platform designed for restaurants and hospitality businesses. The Service allows users to manage reservations, staff, zones, email communications, and other operational aspects of their establishments.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

There are three account types: Owner, Staff, and Superadmin. Each type has different permissions and responsibilities within the Service.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

The Service is offered through different subscription plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) with varying levels of functionality and limits. Specific details for each plan are available on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) according to the selected plan.
• New users may access a 14-day free trial period.
• The Company reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By making a payment, you also accept Paddle's terms of service. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment processing on our behalf.

• Payments are made in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
• Invoices are automatically generated and available in your dashboard.
• In case of non-payment, access to the Service may be restricted after a grace period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
• No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after expiration, after which it may be deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Not interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to breach its security.
• Not send unsolicited emails (spam) through the Service's email system.
• Not resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the property of Global Networking Services LLC. The data you enter into the Service (reservations, customer information, etc.) remains your property.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection legislation (including GDPR) with respect to your customers' data managed through the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance that requires temporary interruptions, providing advance notice whenever possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications will take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the Service after such period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
